If the vehicle is still under warranty, Sanderson Ford will stay on the line while making arrangements with the Roadside Assistance team to pick up the vehicle. For vehicles not under warranty, a dedicated service assistant will make arrangements with a preferred tow provider to get the vehicle into the Sanderson service department as quickly as possible.
Accidents and break-downs often occur at the worst possible times, so when a vehicle breaks down after hours or on weekends, the emergency number will transfer directly to Sanderson Fords preferred towing partner. Sanderson Fords VIP Emergency Service Program is always just a phone call away.
