Property Management Carlsbad As Best Property Manager Of San Diego County 2012

In December 2011, Industry Leaders Magazine elected Property Management Carlsbad as Best Property Manager of San Diego County 2012. Sep 3rd, 2012.

United States (FreePressBox.com) Sep 3rd, 2012 --

In December 2011, Industry Leaders Magazine elected Property Management Carlsbad as "Best Property Manager of San Diego County 2012".

It is the only company in San Diego that offers a rate of 7% with no startup fees. They use the latest technologies to give their homeowners the most pleasant experience.

When we interviewed one of their managers, Patrick, and asked him what made his company so unique. He answered: "we always manage homes as if they were our own. By doing that, we were able to expand our business very fast and steadily. Indeed, word of mouth worked greatly during the past years and now, the phone keeps ringing. Today, we are able to grow our staff and support our community (mainly schools, churches, parks).

We continued our tour of the offices and went to the coffee room. We asked a manager: "When many people are living the coasts for a cheaper living, what is the secret to find tenants promptly in today's market?". His answer was: "we are able to find applicants real fast using our solid reputation in the community. Most of our clientele today comes from word of mouth. Also, we have an IT person dedicated to research the latest real estate technologies of the real estate market. Each time we have a new listing, whether it's a single family home, a condominium, or an apartment complex, our systems allow us to post that real estate listing on over 40 locations on the internet"."

We then continued and asked: "In today's crisis, a lot of tenants are losing jobs and their financial stability is at stake. How do you deal with problems with your tenants?". Patrick answered "Property Management Carlsbad has dealt with almost every situation imaginable. We've had people using narcotics, dealing drugs in their rentals, threatening us with firearms in ghetto areas, so experience taught us how to deal with these headaches. While other property management firms would involve the homeowner in these difficult circumstances, we made the choice to take care of everything on our own; we can thus avoid all kinds of headaches to our landlords.".

When Industry Leaders Magazine compared the property management companies of San Diego, one of their main criterias was the costs of maintenance. We interviewed Katia, another property manager and her response on the subject was: "We pick our contractors carefully. We give them so much work that, in return, they give us awesome prices. Good maintenance keeps tenants happy and safe. Affordable maintenance keeps homeowners exhilarated with our service."

Property Management Carlsbad is located at 2244 Faraday Avenue in Carlsbad, CA. Their phone number is 760 434 1471. Their website is http://www.property-management-carlsbad.com
