WOBURN, MA U.S.A. June 09, 2012 - Daimer Industries, transnationally-established for 50 Hz gum removal equipment, has now released an enhanced midrange KleenJet gum vacuum: the Supreme 3050CVG. The new steam cleaner bundles a proven gum-fighting system and a high-grade vacuum into one machine.
"We finally managed to pack all this engineering, plus more pressure and heat into our midrange 3050 series of gum removal machines," notes Daimer.coms managing 50 Hz spokesman Matthew Baratta. "These machines are designed with versatility in mind and include gum removal, vacuums, gum removal extraction and common cleaning tasks like tile grout cleaning."
Gum Removal and Then Some
Daimers Supreme KleenJet 3050 CVG 50 Hz steam gum removal machines incorporate the capabilities of an institutional steam cleaner, a commercial steam vacuum with HEPA allergen-removal and Daimers Gum Exterminator peripheral system. The midrange steam cleaners are equipped with 5 liters of boiler capacity and 4 liters of continual-refill capacity. The refill feature allows operators to refill the boiler while the unit is on. (Systems without this feature have to be shut off, a time-wasting process that reduces productivity.
The gum removal equipment has been upgraded to offer more heat and pressure. The machines offer peaked boiler temperatures of around 184C. The steam cleaners generate pressure of around 8 bar.
The new Supreme 3050 CVG 50 Hz steam vacuum cleaner features Daimers proprietary Gum Exterminator system. This gum removal technology bundles an alloy steel brush, a vacuum squeegee wand, and a liquid gum removal dissolving formula. The concentrated formula is engineered for less mixing. Daimer bundles in enough gum removal concentrate to yield around 83 liters.
