Since it opened in autumn 2006 more than 8000 children have benefited from Hashmi Education Society. It has hands-on approach to science education. To celebrate the occasion and to thank Hashmi education group for its on-going support, Hashmi Herbal presented the school with science equipment, computer equipment, including an Understanding Electricity Kit which provides everything children need to build their own electrical circuit to understand how electricity works and what it can do.
Chief Scientific Adviser for Hashmi Education society, Professor Singh, said: Its been a privilege to share this milestone for Hashmi Education Zone. The centre provides a much valued service to schools both locally and further field and does a great job of engaging young students with science. Hashmi Group, and the excellent team running this activity, is to be commended: this is a top class outreach facility, providing a great service to science in Amroha.
With its state-of-the-art teaching laboratory and classroom, the Education Zone is the perfect environment for young students to take part in informative discussions and gain hands-on experience of science and Technology.
Dr Hashmi, Chairman, Hashmi Educational Society added: The Education group does a fantastic job of creating an interesting learning environment for the children. Our school has been visiting ever since the Education Zone first opened and the children always thoroughly enjoy themselves. They especially love getting to try out experiments in the lab.
