Daimer Releases Wheelmounted Auto Detailing Machines That Heat With Fuel

Daimer®'s new SCW versions of the Super Max™ 12800 automotive pressure washer uses a combustion heater but limits top-end temperatures to 250°F for maximum gentleness vehicle paint jobs. Jun 12th, 2012.

United States (FreePressBox.com) Jun 12th, 2012 --

Woburn, MA U.S.A. June 12, 2012 -- Daimer Industries, an established international supplier/source for auto detailing systems, announced its plans a new version of its popular Super Max 12800. The new 12800SCW is powered electrically but supports steam production with a combustion engine. The engine can be configured for a multitude of common fuels.

"This new SCW steam car wash offers the full range of our popular features, including steam cleaning and continuous-use capabilities -- all within a range of temperatures and pressures designed to be vehicle-finish safe," explained auto detailing spokes manager for Daimer.com Matthew Baratta. "The machines have tested out to offer mobility, steam heat cleaning and safety."

New SCW Solutions for Auto Detailing

Daimer's enhanced new auto detailing machine produces maximum pressure levels 1000 psi, a recommend rating for car exteriors. (Truck exteriors can typically handle nearly 2000 psi.) For flow, the machine offers a rate of 2 GPM.

The auto detailing machine has a heating system that peaks at 250F, which removes grease but protects paint jobs and other exterior detailing work. The system is also capable of generating hot water (180F - 220F) or unheated cold water, for applications not requiring the 250F wet steam.

The combustion heating systems reach maximum temperatures in approximately 30 seconds. The unit can be factory-configured to accept a range of common fuels, such as diesel or kerosene. The machine generates power using electricity and features a 1.5 HP NEMA motor.

The auto detailing system's pumping unit features direct-drive capability. The portable car wash machine is engineered for continuous use and supports chemical infusion (via high-pressure injection). Daimer will ship the auto detailing pressure washer with a full selection of nozzle components that support a range of spray spread patterns. Steam nozzles ship with the unit.
