June 29, 2012 -- Daimer Industries, a long-time international source/provider of auto detailing cleaning equipment, announced its latest plans for new addition to its Super Max 12800 line. The new 12820SCW is powered by a 230V electrical motor and offers combustion heated wet steam cleaning capabilities using a variety of fuel options that can be configured by Daimer upon purchase of the unit.

A New SCW Solution for Auto Detailing Companies
Daimer's latest auto detailing solution yields maximum pressures of 1500 psi, slightly more than the 1000 psi of the 12800 model, but still within the range recommended for automotive exteriors. (Trucks and their exteriors can generally handle pressure levels as much as 2000 psi.) The flow rate for the 12820 is rated for 3 GPM.
This high-end auto detailing pressure washer includes a heating subsystem that tops at 250F, a temperature considered safe for removing grease without damaging car paint jobs or other vehicle detailing work. The new pressure cleaning system can also produce its own hot water with temperatures starting at 180F and clean with cold water for vehicle applications not requiring full 250F high moisture steam.
The full-combustion heating subsystem can achieve maximum temperatures in well under a minute. The new 12820 is factory-configurable and can burn one of several different fuels including kerosene or diesel. The machine produces pressurized power with electricity and sports a 3.0 HP, NEMA motor.
The auto detailing system has a direct-driven pumping unit. The car wash machine is mounted on a wheeled system and designed for portability and manufactured for continual use. The machines can support chemical dispersion via pressurized injection. Daimer typically ships the auto detailing power washer with a full complement of nozzle units in an array of spray patterns. Nozzles include a wet steam unit.
