The second part of Chevy Confidence is the Love It or Return It Guarantee. Chevy guarantees you will love your new Chevy and if not, bring it back into the dealer for a full refund. Chevy has total confidence in all their vehicles and wants to make sure their customers are just as confident. If customers are unsatisfied with their 2012 or 2013 Chevy purchase, they have up to 60 days to return it to the dealer.
If customers are already confident they will love their Chevy, they can opt out of the Love it or Return it Guarantee and receive an extra incentive.
