About Chef Ben and Tagine:
Tagine was launched by Chef Ben and Ryan started Tagine for serving delicacies to foodies across Beverly Hills. Chef Ben grew up in Morocco clinging to the apron of his mother while she worked in the kitchen. He closely watched her preparing meals from the different finds from the market.
These memories from the kitchen evoked passion for food and cooking, which eventually prompted him to bring the traditional dishes to match with the latest trends. He developed his own unique method of cooking and made the old traditional recipes into exciting and innovative dishes which found the frenzy of loads of food lovers across Beverly Hills. He was a huge hit amongst the Moroccan Restaurant and soon launched Tagine which is a fine dining restaurant. Both Chef Ben and Ryan were of the opinion that food in Beverly hills was missing something, hence they combined their own style with Middle Eastern dining to launch Tagine. The restaurant is a hit amongst foodies and the catering services provided by it are sought after my many across the country.
