Volkswagens 2013 model of the Golf is new and improved, seeking to provide the greatest thrills, performance, and safety, as always. From September 29 till October 24, the Golf will be presented at the international media driving presentation that is being held in Sardinia. During that time, celebrities from Ireland and Germany have been and will be stopping by to take the new car out for a spin.
The first celebrities to get behind the wheel of the all-new Golf were Irish singer and composer, Chris de Burgh and his daughter, the lovely model Rosanna Davison.
Chris de Burgh, who released his latest acoustic album Home just yesterday, said after driving the Golf, I have been using Volkswagen for ten years when I go on tour, preferably the Multivan, but I really like the new Golf. He was very enthusiastic about the whole experience. His new album features a total of 14 of his favorite self-written tracks. He will be commuting in a Volkswagen during his promotional tour.
His daughter, Rosanna, who recently posed for the cover of a well-known mens German magazine, was very delighted with the Golf: It looks very smart and stylish. Rosanna has also been featured in many German and international newspapers and was crowned 52nd Miss World back in 03. She was the first Irish woman to receive this honor.
Other celebrities involved with the test drives of the new Golf include German actors Peter Lohmeyer and Helmut Zierl, as well as TV presenter Tamara von Nayhau and the Swiss musicians, Dieter Meier and Boris Blank, also known as Yello.
Casey Volkswagen is very excited about the 2013 Volkswagen Golf. Come visit today and take one out for a spin to see just what Chris and Rosanna are raving about.
