Advanced Steam Car Wash From Daimer Ships With 1500 Psi 28 Gpm

The Super Max™ 9000 SCW are the most powerful car pressure washers in Daimer®'s line of wet steam, exterior cleaning machines. Mar 9th, 2012.

United States (FreePressBox.com) Mar 9th, 2012 --

Woburn, MA U.S.A. March 09, 2012 -- Daimer Industries, Inc., widely recognized for its steam car wash machines, released its most powerful series of exterior car power washing systems, the Super Max 9000 SCW line. The systems generate the most pressure and flow in the SCW line but are designed not to damage vehicle surfaces or finishes.

"The SCW line includes a total of six machines, but this is our most powerful unit designed to clean car and truck finishes without scratching or nicking," extolled Daimer.com's SCW steam car wash spokesperson Matthew Baratta. "These new systems are still manufactured with an eye towards mobility, so they're mounted on a mini-wheel system housed in a compact case."

Most Powerful Steam Car Wash Machines

Daimer's SCW line includes a total of six machines, ranging from the original 1000 psi, .5 GPM 6120 SCW to the new 1500 psi, 2.8 GPM 9000 SCW. The 9000 SCW is the first machine in its class with pressure levels and flow rates this high that are designed to clean and protect car finishes. The steam car wash machines are also engineered to limit the environmental concern of waste water runoff.

The steam car wash equipment relies on 60 Hz electric motors configured for 220V-250V electricity. (440V systems are available direct from Daimer.) The motors are rated for 3.0 HP. As with all systems in the SCW line, the 9000 SCW employs a direct driven pump unit supporting continuous use.

The 9000 SCW steam car wash ships with 25-feet of pressure-optimized hosing and a full complement of nozzles in spray patterns spanning from blast (0) to spray as wide as 40. The machines also support chemical disbursement with siphon technology.
