The new 2.0-liter in-line four-cylinder engine makes 240 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. The 2013 Taurus is also available with two other powertrain options. The 3.5-liter V6 with twin independent variable camshaft time (Ti-VCT) produces 288 horsepower and 254 lb-ft of torque, and the 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost delivers 365 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque.
