FreePressBox.com is a free service which distributes press releases on behalf of our clients. If you submit a press release for distribution through our network, your press release will be transmitted in its entirety. This will include any personal information that is contained in your media contact information. When you submit your press release through our system you agree with our policy and understand that your contact information will be disseminated.
The information obtained at the time you register with our system is used to keep you up to date of our services and web site. It is necessary to register an account with us to track your press releases and make future modifications or enhancements to your release. By having an account with us, you will also have the ability to delete previous press releases from our database that may be out of date or not longer applicable. The information you provide is not shared with outside organizations. This information is kept confidential. The only information collected is that information which is standard contact information for your press release.
IP Address: FreePressBox.com does track IP addresses for security reasons only.
Newsletters: FreePressBox.com from time to time may periodically send out newsletters to our registered members for the purpose of updating them of further enhancements, inclusions or changes to our system. If you do not wish to receive these update notices, please do not subscribe our newsletter.
Choice of information: The amount of information you enter as a new user, for contact information on your press release is optional to you. FreePressBox.com does require a minimum of contact information for our base release level distribution that includes your first and last name, email address, and website address. If you wish to change any information, you may do so by logging into your account and making the changes on your own.
